IK 80-M
Also called Inteligentní Klávesnice.Designed by ČVUT, Ústav výpočetní techniky. It was manufactured from 1982 by ČVUT. Hardware is based on MHB8080A @2 MHz, 5KiB RAM.
In 2024, Martin Molhanec from ČVUT FEL recalled the birth of the IK80: "Do you know why it had the designation IK? Because it stood for "Intelligent Keyboard" :-). It was developed at UVT, as far as I remember, as a microprocessor-controlled keyboard and terminal for soldiers I personally visited UVT at that time, as a young assistant, together with Professor Caha, my boss at the department, at that time perhaps already dean of the Czech Technical University? He was very interested in the use of this technique in teaching, and the creation of the later IQ-150 was perhaps the result of his efforts or support.
