Some JTAG resources are available at http://hardware-hacking.com/JTAG. For ARM-based designs please always use 20pin or 14pin JTAG connector ("ARM JTAG"). The 20pin connector provides alternatively +5V power supply from JTAG programmer, which is very useful for both development and production.
